Parvinu.com takes great care in accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your non-layaway purchase, the item can be returned for a refund, minus all shipping charges incurred by Parvinu.com. To ensure your return is accepted and processed in a timely manner, please notify us and return your purchase within 10 days from the day you receive your shipping notice. The item must be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop, with the Parvinu.com’s security tag still in place, and also including everything that accompanied it.
Please complete the enclosed return form, so we know it’s a return and not a consignment.

We will let you know when your return arrives. For an outright sale, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price, minus our shipping costs, and the refund will come in the same form as your payment method did. You will be refunded within one business day after your return arrives. Anything that arrives after the 10-day period will be returned to you, if we have not been notified.
For international orders, any refund of customs duties, taxes, or fees of any kind are a matter between you and the officials of your country, as they collected this money. We are willing to help you with supporting documents from our end, should that need arise.
Items placed on layaway can only be returned for a store credit minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
(Please note that Affirm financing is not compatible with our Parvinu layaway program. It is for outright purchases only.)
